A wealth of experience and a unique perspective

My journey into helping people thrive began with training in Theatre in Education, which then led to Social Work, and Youth and Community Work. This diverse background has given me a broad understanding of human development and community dynamics. For over 25 years, I have worked in the mental health field with young people and adults. My training as a Solution Focused Practitioner, combined with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for adults and its youth-adapted version (DNA-V), allows me to offer a comprehensive and effective approach. My personal and professional experiences of living with chronic health conditions and neurodiversity further enrich my understanding and empathy, making my way of helping people truly unique.
