Being solution focused

Rather than focusing only on problems, we look at what you want to be different, what is already working, and the small steps that can create positive change.

Together, we explore:

  • What matters to you

  • Your strengths and resources

  • What you would like life to look like

  • The next small steps that feel achievable

A space where you can be yourself

I offer a calm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly.

You don't need to have all the answers or know exactly what you need. We start where you are and work together to find a way forward.

For students and young adults, this means having space to explore challenges, build confidence and discover your own direction.

For parents, it means knowing the person you care about is being supported to find their own strengths and solutions.
